One card per invoice
Every invoice you send or receive gets one card in your alert channel. When it's viewed, paid or late, the card updates in place and Du3y notes who did what in the thread.
Make an invoice with /du3 new, share a link for contractors with /du3 link, and see every invoice as a card in your finance channel. When a client opens it or pays, the card updates and your team knows straight away.

Owners and admins send straight away. When a channel member makes an invoice, admins see Approve & send and Reject on the card.
On the due date, and every few days after, Du3y posts a reminder in the card's thread until the invoice is paid.
Share a link and contractors send you complete invoices. Each one lands in Slack with the amount, due date and the answers to your fields.
Du3y only sees your own company's invoices. It knows which company you are from the Slack workspace, never from what anyone types.
