Invoicing in Discord, for teams that run on servers.
Du3y is a Discord bot for invoices. Add it to your server, pick a channel, and every invoice you send or receive shows up there as a card that updates when it's approved, paid or rejected.

Choose Add to Discord
In Du3, go to Settings, then Du3y & integrations, and choose Add to Discord.
Authorize your server
Pick your server on Discord's page and choose Authorize. You come straight back to Du3, connected.
Pick your alert channel
Du3y starts in your server's main channel. Pick another text channel any time, like #finance.

Ask with /du3y
Ask in your own words, like /du3y what's overdue?. Everyone in the channel sees the question and the answer.
Live invoice cards
Each invoice gets one card in your alert channel, with the client or contractor, amount, due date and status.
Collect contractor invoices
Make a link with /du3 link and share it. Contractors fill in a form, upload their PDF and send it. You see it in Discord.
Clear roles
The person who added Du3y to the server is an admin there. Everyone else can use Du3y as a member.
Web and mobile too
Every invoice is also on the web and in the iOS and Android apps, so nothing depends on being in Discord.
Questions
Who can add Du3y to a Discord server?
The owner of your Du3 organization. On Discord, you also need permission to manage the server.
Can Du3y read messages in my server?
No. Du3y can't read ordinary messages in Discord, so mentioning it won't work. Use /du3y to ask it something.
Can I connect more than one server?
One Discord server can be connected to one Du3 organization.
Do my clients need Discord?
No. Clients get an email with a link to the invoice page and a PDF. Discord is only for your team.
Does Du3 handle payments?
No. Du3 keeps track of invoices. You get paid the way you do today, and an admin marks the invoice paid with /du3 paid.
How do I disconnect Discord?
The owner chooses Disconnect Discord in Settings. Du3y stops posting and your invoices stay in Du3. To remove the bot from the server too, remove it in Discord's server settings.
