Do contractors need a Du3 account?
No. They can send an invoice as a guest. A free account lets them track every invoice they've sent, across every company that uses Du3.
Can contractors see other people's invoices?
No. A contractor only ever sees the invoices they sent.
Is there an approval step for invoices we receive?
No. An admin either marks the invoice paid once you've paid the contractor, or rejects it with a reason.
Does Du3 pay contractors for us?
No. Du3 doesn't send or hold money. You pay contractors the way you do today, then mark the invoice paid so everyone can see it.
Can I make a link for just one contractor?
Yes. Type /du3 link followed by their name, or choose one contractor when you make the link on the web.
How are bank details kept safe?
Bank details and tax IDs are encrypted. Members who aren't admins see them masked.
