What is Du3

Du3 (say it like “due”) is one place for every invoice your company sends and receives. You run it from your workspace (Slack or Discord), through a helper called Du3y, or from the web and the app.

  • Send invoices to clients. Make an invoice on the web or with /du3 new in your workspace. Your client gets an email with a clean invoice page and a PDF. They don’t need an account.
  • Collect invoices from contractors. Share a link. Contractors and vendors fill in a form with the details you ask for, upload their PDF and send it. Every invoice lands in one list.
  • Hear about it in your workspace. Du3y posts a card in your alert channel for every new invoice. When something changes — sent, viewed, paid, late — the card updates and Du3y adds a note in the thread saying who did what.
  • Ask for exactly what you need. Add your own fields to a link, like PO number or bank details, and mark each one Required or Optional.
  • Get your own web address. Contractors find your links at yourcompany.usedu3.com, with your name and logo.
  • Keep a clear record. Every invoice has a history of who created, changed or marked it paid, and whether that happened in your workspace, on the web or in the app.

Du3 keeps track of invoices. It does not move money. You pay contractors and your clients pay you the way you do today — bank transfer, for example. When the money lands, an admin clicks Mark paid in your workspace or on the web, and everyone can see it.

Set up Du3 in 5 minutes. You only do it once.
