Team & roles
Du3 has four roles. Anyone can move work forward; only trusted people can change money records.
The roles
Section titled “The roles”- Owner — the person who set up Du3 for your company.
- Admin — people you pick from your Slack, one by one or as a Slack user group. In Discord, the person who added Du3y to the server is an admin there.
- Channel member — anyone in your alert channel.
- Contractor — someone who sends you invoices through a link. They don’t join your team.

Add or remove admins
Section titled “Add or remove admins”- On the web, go to Settings → Team.
- Click Add admin and search your Slack members by name, or pick a Slack user group.
- To remove someone, click Remove next to their name.
Invoices made by channel members
Section titled “Invoices made by channel members”When a channel member makes an invoice, it waits for an admin to approve it before it’s sent. Invoices made by owners and admins are sent straight away.
A record of everything
Section titled “A record of everything”Every invoice keeps a history of who made it, who changed it, who marked it paid — and whether they did it in your workspace, on the web or in the app. Deleted invoices can be restored for 30 days.
More than one company
Section titled “More than one company”You can belong to more than one company in Du3 and switch between them in the app.
