For contractors
Someone sent you a Du3 link? Here’s how it works. It’s free for you.
Send an invoice
Section titled “Send an invoice”- Open the link. You’ll see the name and logo of the company you’re billing.
- Fill in the form. Fields marked Required must be filled before you can send.
- Upload your invoice PDF if they ask for one.
- Click Send invoice.
You can send as a guest — no account needed.
Track your invoices
Section titled “Track your invoices”Create a free account with Google or your email to see every invoice you’ve sent, to every company that uses Du3, in one list.
For each invoice you’ll see:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Received | The company has it. |
| Overdue | It’s past the due date and not paid yet. |
| Paid | The company has marked it paid, with the date. |
| Rejected | The company turned it down and told you why. |
| Withdrawn | You took it back. |
No account? Open the tracking link from your email. To keep your invoice private, we’ll email a 6-digit code to the address you sent it from — enter it to see the status. The code works once and expires in 10 minutes.
Already sent invoices as a guest? Sign up with the same email address and they’ll be added to your account, and you won’t need codes any more.
Save time next time
Section titled “Save time next time”Your account can save your details — name, address, bank details and tax ID — so they fill in automatically on the next form. Bank details and tax IDs are encrypted.
Withdraw an invoice
Section titled “Withdraw an invoice”Made a mistake? Open the invoice in your account and click Withdraw, as long as it hasn’t been paid yet. Then send a new one.
Get told when you’re paid
Section titled “Get told when you’re paid”We email you when a company marks your invoice paid. No more chasing.
Who can see your invoice
Section titled “Who can see your invoice”Only you and the company you sent it to. Other contractors never see your invoices, and you never see theirs.
Questions about a payment?
Section titled “Questions about a payment?”Du3 doesn’t send or hold money — the company pays you directly. For questions about when you’ll be paid, contact the company. For problems with Du3 itself, email [email protected].
