Billing
Du3 is priced per company, not per person. Everyone on your team is included. Every plan has unlimited invoices in and out. There is no free tier.

Prices depend on where you are
Section titled “Prices depend on where you are”Your price, currency and payment provider depend on your company’s billing country:
- Nigeria — prices in naira (NGN), paid through Paystack. Nigerian pricing is coming soon; until then, join the beta.
- Everywhere else — prices in US dollars (USD), paid through Stripe.
We suggest a country based on where you sign up from, and you confirm it at checkout. Once you subscribe, the billing country is locked to your subscription. If you move, contact support to change it.
Monthly or yearly
Section titled “Monthly or yearly”Pay every month, or once a year and save 10%. A yearly plan costs 12 months’ price, minus 10%. You can switch when your current period ends.
The private beta
Section titled “The private beta”Teams in our private beta get 2 weeks with everything in Business, free. When the trial ends, the owner picks a plan to carry on. Public sign-ups don’t get a free trial.
Change or cancel your plan
Section titled “Change or cancel your plan”The owner can do all of this in Settings → Billing on the web:
- Upgrade — new features are on straight away.
- Downgrade — takes effect at the end of your current period.
- Cancel — your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- Receipts — download every receipt.
Plans are bought on the web, not in the mobile app.
If a payment fails
Section titled “If a payment fails”We email the owner and try again. You keep full access for a short grace period. If the payment still fails, your company becomes read-only.
When a plan ends: read-only
Section titled “When a plan ends: read-only”Nothing is deleted when your plan ends. Your company becomes read-only:
- you can still sign in and see every invoice you sent or received, with its PDF;
- you can download all your data from Settings → Workspace → Export your data;
- you can’t make, send, change, approve, mark paid or delete invoices, links or contacts;
- your invoice links are switched off: anyone who opens one sees that you aren’t taking invoices right now;
- Du3 stops sending automatic payment reminders;
- Du3y can still answer questions, but replies that your plan has ended when you ask it to change something.
Pick a plan at any time to carry on where you left off.
