Get help
Email [email protected]. Tell us your company’s web address (like yourcompany.usedu3.com) and what you were trying to do. Screenshots help.
We aim to reply within 1 working day. Business plan customers get priority.
Many answers are already in the docs — start with Set up in 5 minutes or the FAQ.
Join the private beta
We’re inviting a small number of teams to try Du3 before public launch. Beta teams get 2 weeks with every feature, free, and a direct line to us. Email [email protected] with your company name and roughly how many invoices you send and receive each month.
Nigerian pricing isn’t live yet — Nigerian teams are welcome to join the beta in the meantime.
Contractors
If you sent an invoice through a Du3 link and want to know when you’ll be paid, please ask the company you billed — they make the payment. For problems with the form or your account, email [email protected].

Removing Du3 from Slack
A Slack admin can remove Du3 in Slack under Apps → Du3 → Remove. Du3y stops posting straight away. Your invoices stay in Du3 until the owner deletes the company in Settings.
Removing Du3 from Discord
The owner can choose Disconnect Discord in Settings → Du3y & integrations. Du3y stops posting there, and your invoices stay in Du3. To remove the bot from the server too, remove it in Discord’s server settings. See Using Du3y in Discord.
